Executive Chef Antonio Delle Grazie was born in Puglia, Southern Italy – an
area known for traditions and culture, flavors, and aromas at a young age
marked his professional destiny which started with him watching and
helping his mother cook for their large traditional Italian family. He further
developed his passion and skills for exceptional traditional and healthy
Italian food at the renowned School of Castellana Grotte where he obtained
his Cook Diploma of Gastronomy.
Gastronomy is the study of the relationship between food and culture, the
art of preparing and serving rich or delicate and appetizing food, the
cooking styles of particular regions, and the science of good eating.
Antonio quickly stood out as a different kind of student, one that has a
special gift for cooking where he spontaneously developed his unique style.

The first years of his work experience see him the protagonist in the
kitchens of the 4-Star Sheraton Hotel in Bari and the following years at the
4-Star Grand Hotel Aragona in Conversano, both hotels boasting a very
high level of clientele and cuisine. After learning what he needs to learn,
Antonio left his homeland to learn and explore new cooking techniques,
methods, and opportunities to expand his skills he worked at numerous
restaurants on the Adriatic Coast managing the needs of his international
diners and where he learned the desires of his guests and he perfected his
seafood cooking skills for which he has become very well known.
For four years he was the chef at the Union Lido Village in Cavallino
Treporti in Jesolo, Italy, – the first 5-star camping resort in Italy. The

following year he became the chef at the renowned Cafe Teatro at the 4-
Star La Quercia Resort on the southern shores of Lake Garda where he
cooked for an international clientele and managed the kitchen staff there.
In 2014 he was invited to help open the main restaurant of the newly built
5-Star Fruit & Spice Wellness Resort on the island of Zanzibar off the coast
of Africa where he reached critical acclaim as the Head Chef and truly
wowed the guests with his cooking art, passion, and skills.
Today, Antonio Delle Grazie is the Executive Chef at the prestigious "Cafe
Teatro" at the 4-Star La Quercia Resort on the southern shores of Lake
Garda – (which happens to be Gary & Katarina's favorite restaurant in
northern Italy.) Katarina describes Antonio's cooking: "First you'll eat with
your eyes then love goes through your mouth to your stomach. Antonio is
a true artist in the kitchen and you will taste that his food is made with love.
His food is like heaven in your mouth."
Antonio is very excited to share his love and passion for cooking
exclusively with Right Path Adventures guests from October through April
near Lake Garda at a fabulous newly renovated 4-Star family run Bed &
Breakfast (that we love to stay at) where you will feel very much at home
with the wonderful family that runs it. The BnB owners Patricia & Marino
also love cooking and entertaining new guests and they have a huge inside
and outside poolside kitchen area – both of which are perfect for cooking
and learning about Italian cuisine and local wines of which Marino is an
expert.
You will truly feel like part of this Italian family staying at this place and
spending time with Antonio and his gregarious wife Silvia who will teach
you how to make amazing salads and dressings, let alone teach you about
the excellent local wines as she is a long time barista at the La Quercia
Resort, let alone many other places in Italy and her homeland of Slovakia.
Book as many days as you would like and Antonio will take you shopping,
teaching you what to buy, then you'll learn to cook various delicious,
nutritious, and healthy meals with him. You will also have time during the
day to explore the area as well as options to bike, hike, stroll along the

shoreline of Lake Garda, swim or boat on the lake, shop at and explore the
many authentic Italian villages along the lakeshore, or even take a poolside
yoga class – believe us – you will never want to leave. You can even take a
day trip to nearby romantic Verona and watch an opera or a concert at the
Roman arena, and see where Romeo and Juliet met.
Like the idea of learning how to cook easy, simple, and very healthy Italian
meals and impress your friends and family from a true artist while staying at
a fun place with lots to do near beautiful Lake Garda at a great price?
Consider this a healthy retreat where you can truly relax, learn something
new, get some exercise, explore a beautiful part of Italy, make some new
Italian friends, drink some great wines, eat some amazing food – that you
cooked – and have a great time!
Just let us know when you want to go, how many days you want to stay
and learn how to cook some amazing Italian meals, (and you can stay
longer on your own if you like), and how many people will be in your group
and we'll send you more details and the price for your group. Come for as
many days as you like at a pro-rated price – we suggest 4 nights/4 days – at
$1,995 per person – all-inclusive – accommodation and all meals. (The price
drops with more people in your group). Since Antonio is very busy wowing
