There are plenty of ways to visit Tenerife. You can stay at a resort, sit by the pool, rent a car and drive around the island, or join a large tour group.
That’s not really our style.
Katarina and I have spent a great deal of time exploring Tenerife over several visits, looking for interesting walks, fascinating places, good food and the kinds of experiences we think make a trip memorable.
We discovered an island with an extraordinary variety of landscapes, charming towns, friendly people, great food and wine, and some pretty spectacular places to walk.
Tenerife is also a wonderful place to escape winter cold. February generally offers mild, spring-like weather at lower elevations, making it a particularly appealing time to be outside.
We’ll keep you away from the busiest and most touristy areas whenever we can and stay in hand-selected hotels close to our walks and the places we want to explore.
And, as with all Right Path Adventures trips, the goal isn’t simply to check places off a list.
It’s to have a great experience.
